For the non-sporting events the massages are more about relaxation, although an invigorating massage could be useful to individuals before a performance.
Each massage session last’s anywhere from 10-30 minutes, focusing the on neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands, and legs. All helping to decrease tension levels and give a renewed sense of well-being.
